For those who would need to leave directly after the Lullaby we ask that you step out quietly so not to disturb those remaining. Please arrive early enough to make yourself comfortable and ready for session.
Please bring everything you need to be comfortable on the floor. Suggestions : Water, Yoga mat, Pillow, Blanket... even an eye pillow is nice if you have one.
