The meditation starts at 6 :05 pm. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in & get comfortable and into meditation pose. No cell phone use during play & meditation. All phones must be turned off upon check in. Please bring everything you need to be comfortable on the floor in laying or sitting posture. 18 and up.
